Hellooo! I’m Holly, founder of Alby Talent!
In June 2016 I began my journey as a makeup content creator on good ol’ Instagram. What started as a hobby quickly turned into my full time job, and by September 2018, I was juggling my creator career alongside studying for my degree in Makeup and Hair Design.
At the start of my second year of uni, I signed with a management agency to help me out whilst I focused on my studies. That same year, I was fully emersed in my business and marketing units at university, and had that “light blub moment”:
After graduating in July 2021, I jumped straight into the industry, working as a PR Manager and Talent Agent. I’ve had the absolute privilege of working with major global brands, facilitating amazing campaigns and supporting powerhouse creators in building their careers.
Now, after A LOT of learning and dreaming, it’s time for me to push myself and actually follow my dreams. Alby Talent is everything I ever wanted, a management agency built by a creator, for creators.
I know first hand how important it is to have someone in your corner who truly understands it. Someone who believes in your potential, fights for your opportunities, and helps you build a career that feels authentic to you.
This is just the beginning and I can’t wait to see whats around the corner…
